20 Minute Dinner - Burger Bowls!

You should know by now whilst I'm happy to cook from scratch it HAS TO BE QUICK AND DELICIOUS. A couple months ago I stumbled across an account on Instagram called 'Very Hungry Greek' and I've probably made five or six of Christina's recipes since, all have been fabulous but I think this might be my favourite so far!
Burger bowls are basically all the elements of a hamburger thrown on top of a smashed potato base and it's every bit as delicious as it sounds - here's the link to Christina's recipe
If you're reading this from the US beef mince = ground beef, I switched roast potato seasoning for Tony's (my fave seasoning in the states so far) and the airfryer temp is around 395F. I also did not weigh anything HAHA I just made it by eye enough to feed my family. I guess the weights are mainly there if you're counting macros which Christina helpfully adds to all her recipes to prove that you can eat YUMMY food and still be healthy. I'm just here to EAT :)
